Hi, I’m Ellie Hill – Let’s Reintroduce Ourselves

Hi, it’s been a little while! I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and share a bit about my journey in real estate.

Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to visit Queensland, where I was invited onto a podcast to talk about my marketing skills. It was amazing to meet so many inspiring, ambitious young female agents who recognized me and my work. That experience really got me thinking about how we portray our lives online and just how powerful social media can be for those looking to build a career in real estate.

A lot has changed since 2023, when I first walked through the doors at Centurion Real Estate.

Back then, I knew very little about the real estate world. I didn’t know the difference between a property manager, sales agent, strata manager, or real estate admin. I had just one dream: to sell houses. I didn’t care how I got there I was determined, even while studying for my license.

I was incredibly lucky. My director, Justine, saw my dream and my potential. My partner encouraged me to keep going, to not give up, and to trust in my abilities when nobody else did.

So to that version of me thank you. Thank you for not giving up. Thank you for staying consistent. Thank you for not caring when people mocked you for doing TikToks or Instagram posts that made you “look like you were on Selling Sunset.” Because of you, I am now:

  • Being interviewed by REIWA.
  • Flown to Brisbane to attend real estate conferences.
  • Nominated for Excellence in Real Estate Agent of the Year.
  • Invited onto podcasts to talk about marketing.
  • Conducting CPD trainings at REIWA.
  • And, most importantly, selling homes something that was once just a dream.

So, hi I’m Ellie Hill.

Real estate is not just a job for me; it’s a lifestyle. Every day, I wake up committed to giving my clients the best opportunities and helping set up their lives.

I wanted to reintroduce myself because I’ve learned so many lessons since being the girl who didn’t know how to write a listing authority. I can do those “simple” things in my sleep now, but what has truly changed is why this matters to me. I no longer want to be “that young agent.” I want to be the agent who understands you, who works tirelessly for her clients, and who inspires others along the way.

I hope to encourage and support other young women who have been pushed to the side or told, “you can’t do that.” Personally, I hope no one ever feels sidelined again for being passionate about their career. I hope no young woman ever thinks she can’t chase her dreams just because someone once said no. Passion, persistence, and belief in yourself are everything.

I don’t just want to sell houses I want to help other women achieve their dreams too. I want to empower them to buy their first homes, accomplish their goals, and feel the pride that comes with owning a piece of their future.

Meeting so many inspiring agents in Queensland opened my eyes to what’s possible: if I, in Perth, can make a name for myself in High Wycombe, then any other young woman anywhere can do the same.

So It’s time to dream big again. Dream about being recognized, trusted, and known as the agent who gets results. Dream about building a career where My name is synonymous with excellence, integrity, and success.

So now you know my goals, my plans, and where I want to be.

The next time you think real estate, I hope you think of me—Ellie Hill— the agent you know to ask for.
